Prompt Delivery / Set-up / Pick-up

We guarantee on-time delivery and prompt set-up to get your event cooled down.

Our efficient evaporative cooling fans run on standard 120v outlets. We will provide and setup the extension cords.

Evaporative cooling fans require constant water for operation. We will setup the filling hose to the garden hose water spigot you provide. Each unit has an auto-shutoff valve to prevent operation on an empty water tank. Client is responsible for keeping the tank full to ensure constant cooling.

Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access for delivery, setup, and pickup of equipment.
Customer accepts responsibility for rented equipment during the rental period. Customer agrees to cover costs resulting from: theft, misuse, intentional damage, and negligence. Normal wear and tear excluded. 5300-cfm Evaporative Cooler: $680 Gasless generator: $480 Extension cord: $75
Vegas Event Cooling is not responsible for: sudden extreme weather conditions, wind damage, event cancellations due to inclement weather. Customer understands that evaporative coolers work best in hot, dry conditions. Refunds will not be issued due to weather changes, wind, rain, or cooler temperatures.
Payments can be refunded due to event cancellation up to 12 hours prior to the event date. Non-refundable within 12 hours of the scheduled event date.
Customer is responsible for providing adequate electrical power unless gasless generator rental has been arranged through Vegas Event Cooling. Vegas Event Cooling is not responsible for performance issues caused by insufficient power supply.
Evaporative cooler units require constant water for operation. Customer agrees to provide water to keep the reservoir tank full using hose connections provided by Vegas Event Cooling.
Rental equipment must be available for pickup at the agreed-upon time and date unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Total balance is due before or at the time of delivery and before setting up.
