Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access for delivery, setup, and pickup of equipment.
Customer accepts responsibility for rented equipment during the rental period. Customer agrees to cover costs resulting from: theft, misuse, intentional damage, and negligence. Normal wear and tear excluded.
Vegas Event Cooling is not responsible for: extreme weather conditions, wind damage, event cancellations due to weather.
Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled event date.
Customer is responsible for providing adequate electrical power unless generator rental has been arranged through Vegas Event Cooling.
Evaporative cooler units require constant water for operation. To protect our units from Las Vegas hard water, only purified water is used in our units. Customer agrees to keep the reservoir tank full using the purified water provided by Vegas Event Cooling.
Rental equipment must be available for pickup at the agreed-upon time and date unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Remaining balance is due before or at the time of delivery and before setup.
